Introducing Cormar's Enhanced Collection Centre Emails

Over the last few years, our Collection Centres have proved to be a useful asset to our customers, helping you work safer, smarter and making better use of your time.

We have been working to enhance our collection point notifications and later this month, Trade Portal users will receive enhanced email notifications regarding their collection point orders. The enhanced offering will now include the following email updates:

1. Your order is ready to collect
2. Your order is awaiting collection

Notification preferences for the above can be managed within the User Management section of the Portal. In order to receive these updates, ensure you have selected 'Order Updates' within email notifications.

You can request delivery to any of our Collection Points at the time of order or simply select the option when using our Trade Portal. Delivery updates are also now available via text message (see preferences page).
Our collection centres are open 5 days a week with next day in stock collection available.
