What is changing?

The Cormar Trade Portal has a fresh new look with improved navigation and exciting new features. We’ve made it easier to find the things that our customers do most often.

The responsive design makes the new trade portal even easier to use on any device you choose.

Why the change?

We are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience with Cormar. Our current portal launched in 2011 and it has proved very popular with our customers. We wanted to build on that success.

Customers told us they like the current portal as a method of placing orders, checking stock, prices and delivery days. They also told us they would like to be able to see their statement online and would like to see proof of delivery all through a secure log in. These new features enhance our existing service and make it easier to access on the go.

With the increasing popularity of touch screen devices and a growing number of customers who are happy to transact in different ways, the time felt right to refresh and improve the design.

When is the change happening?

The new Trade Portal will be available in May 2016

All existing customers will be automatically transferred over to the new portal. You will start to receive plenty of information about this nearer the time.

We know it’s important to make the move over as easy as possible for existing users, so all usernames and passwords will remain the same.
