Welcome Our New Tufting Operations Manager
We extend a warm welcome to Matt Lord, who has been appointed Tufting Operations Manager and started with us on the 4th December. Matt lives in Ashton Under Lyne and is married with two children aged 12 and 15.
A big Manchester City supporter, Matt has vast manufacturing experience including a number of leading FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brands, with 3 years at both Warburtons and McVities amongst a manufacturing career spanning over 20 years.
As the newly appointed Tufting Operations Manager, based at Holme Mill of course, Matt will be responsible for day to day operations.
There will be particular focus on quality processes, team culture and in helping us improve operational standards and efficiencies.
It's a key new role and we are delighted to have Matt on board with "Team Cormar"!
